Refund Policy
At Green Street Collective, we’re committed to creating memorable, well-curated events and experiences. We understand that plans can change, so we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while keeping our events sustainable to run.
1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets purchased for Green Street Collective events are non-refundable.
This helps us plan, secure venues, and deliver the best possible experience for everyone attending.
2. If You Can’t Attend
We know that sometimes things come up.
While tickets are non-refundable:
-
You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or someone else, provided the event allows it
-
We recommend using trusted resale methods or contacting us if you’re unsure
3. If We Cancel an Event
If we ever need to cancel an event, we’ll make it right.
You’ll be offered:
-
A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date or future event
4. If an Event is Rescheduled
If the date changes:
-
Your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date
-
If you can’t make the new date, you can request a refund within 7 days of the announcement
5. Event Changes
We sometimes need to make small adjustments to ensure the best experience.
-
Minor changes (e.g. schedule tweaks, supporting acts) won’t qualify for refunds
-
If there’s a significant change (such as venue, date, or headline act), we’ll communicate clearly and review refund requests fairly
6. Important Information
Refunds won’t be issued for:
-
Change of mind or personal circumstances
-
Late arrival or missed entry
-
Not meeting entry requirements (e.g. ID, age restrictions, or conduct policies)
7. Our Commitment to You
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
If something isn’t delivered as promised or falls below reasonable standards, we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.
